“The RIGHTEOUS KEEP MOVING FORWARD, and those with clean hands become stronger and stronger.” – Job 17:9 New Living Translation.

Ecclesiastes 7:10 Message Bible says, “Don’t always be asking, “Where are the good old days?” Wise folks don’t ask questions like that.” Endings are better than beginnings in God`s operation and it is our cooperation with God through faith in His Word that positions us to experience the things which the eye has not seen and the ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, who obey Him, and who gratefully recognize the benefits that He has bestowed]. [see First Corinthians 2:9 Amplified Bible].

Never mistake your condition for your portion because your confession in the time of confusion is the conclusion of your condition. We must become imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father] in thoughts, words, and our lifestyle. Bishop David Oyedepo said, “True Bible Faith is not just believing God, it is behaving God!”

A few years back, I ventured into my aunt’s abode, a dwelling guarded by ferocious dogs, the very beasts that had recently sent a soul to the hospital. Despite my brother’s solemn warning, I marched forth, unyielding. As I approached the gate, dread coiled around my heart as the dogs thundered toward me. The echoes of my brother’s caution gnawed at my resolve, urging me to retreat. With trembling hands, I sealed the gate shut, a fortress against the advancing menace.

Yet, in that moment of uncertainty, a divine whisper pierced through the clamor of fear. The Holy Spirit breathed life into ancient wisdom, as Proverbs 28:1 danced before my mind’s eye, infusing my spirit with unwavering strength. With newfound courage coursing through my veins, I flung wide the gate, stepping into the fray with regal assurance.

Though the beasts snarled and barked, their fury was impotent against the shield of faith enveloping me. With each step, I embraced my identity in God, transcending mortal fears to embody divine purpose. As I strode past the astonished gaze of my aunt’s husband, I bore witness to the miraculous convergence of the supernatural and the mundane. In union with the Almighty, I stood unscathed, a testament to the power of faith. For when we yield to God’s sovereignty, we transcend mortal limitations, stepping into the realm where the extraordinary becomes our natural state of being.

We must let God be true to experience in truth the EVER-INCREASING GLORY agenda that He has in store for us no matter the happenings around us. EVER-INCREASING GLORY is not a possibility without the intentional renewing of our mind daily with God`s Word. Romans 12:2 New Living Translation says, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Faith is becoming in union with the Almighty as we can see in the testimony of the Lord Jesus recorded in John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” [New International Version]. These are the days to quit being a part-time Christian and choose to accept the responsibility of becoming a full-time Christian committed to the study, meditation, and practice of the Word of God so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God without blemish though you live in a crooked and perverse society, in which you shine as lights in the world. [Philippians 2:15 New English Translation]. [To be continued next week].
