HELLO TREASURED FRIENDS and WELCOME into this week`s ATM (A Teaching Moment) Weekly in the precious name of our Lord Jesus the Holy One, the True One, He Who has the key of David, who opens, and no one shall shut, who shuts, and no one shall open. [Revelation 3:7 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition].
Psalm 37:19 Voice Translation declares that “WHEN calamity comes, they will escape with their dignity. WHEN FAMINE INVADES THE NATIONS, THEY WILL BE FED TO THEIR FILL.” We are in the days that FAMINE [tough times, challenging times] are INVADING THE NATIONS and there is no hiding place for anyone under heaven except in THE COVENANT [Our Active Partnership with God] which is THE WAY OUT [see 1 Corinthians 10:13] that God has made for the redeemed [the just, the upright, the righteous] for SUCH A TIME AS THIS! [Malachi 4:1-3].
Malachi 3:17-18 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition prophetically paint a clear picture of the days we are living: “And they shall be Mine, says the Lord of hosts, in that day when I publicly recognize and openly declare them to be My jewels (My special possession, My peculiar treasure). And I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him. Then shall you return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God and him who does not serve Him.” This is not the time to be a part-time saint, this is a year to get serious with your relationship with God and commit to serving Him faithfully and continually.
A great patriarch of faith, a visionary leader in the body of Christ and my incomparable mentor, Bishop David Oyedepo speaking prophetically about this year said, “We are in a day of great contrast. A day of gloom and glory. A day of gross darkness and great light. A day of devastation and celebration. A day of destruction and exemption. A day of misfortune and of great favor. A day of troubles and triumphs.” Only those on the Lord`s side will be spared from the evil of this time in fulfilment of the Word of the Lord in Malachi 3:17-18.
The year 2024 is the year of responsibility where your spirituality must become a priority for a life devoted to things is a dead life, a stump; a God-shaped life is a flourishing tree.” [Proverbs 11:28 Message Bible]. Your flourishing during famine [hard times, challenging times] this great year 2024 must have DEVOTION to GOD instead to things as the SURE FOUNDATION followed by your commitment to BREAKING YOUR FALLOW [UNCULTIVATED] GROUND by applying yourself diligently in putting into application the WILL of the Lord revealed to you via His Word to PROFIT WONDERFULLY in this world [see James 1:21-25, Joshua 1:8, and Psalm 1:1-3].
Any faith that places all the responsibility for your profitability on God is an irresponsible faith!
This is what THE COVENANT is all about. It is ACTIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH GOD! You do your part revealed to you in His Word and He does His own part.
