The leadership team of the LAMP Global Community includes the Chief Visionary Officer, Dr. Michael Koku, and his wife, Adebola Koku and TLC [The LAMP Consortium] Personalities, an ALLIANCE of Leaders COLLABORATING TOGETHER with the CVO for a BETTER TOMORROW to RAISE LEADERS of TOMMOROW!
The Law of Significance says that “One is too small of a number to achieve greatness.” Success is what we do for ourselves, but SIGNIFICANCE is what we do for others!
Three different statements on SIGNIFICANCE to ponder on are:
1. We want to do something SIGNIFICANT for ourselves.
2. We want to do something SIGNIFICANT for OTHERS.
3. We want to do something SIGNIFICANT WITH OTHERS who are doing something SIGNIFICANT for OTHERS.

Teamwork is at the center of phenomenal accomplishments and once we recognize its value, we can then become better collaborators. President Lyndon Johnson said, “THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WE CANNOT SOLVE TOGETHER AND VERY FEW WE CAN SOLVE BY OURSELVES.”
