HELLO TREASURED FRIENDS and WELCOME into this weeks ATM (A Teaching Moment) Weekly in the precious name of our Lord Jesus who [willingly] gave Himself [to be crucified] on our behalf to redeem us and purchase our freedom from all wickedness, and to purify for Himself a chosen and very special people to be His own possession, who are enthusiastic for doing what is good. [Titus 2:14 Amplified Bible].
Author and Pastor, Craig Groeschel said, “The most difficult choices aren’t between good and bad but between good and best.” In the tapestry of life, the threads of choice weave a narrative that transcends the mere dichotomy of good and bad. The true crucible lies not in the simplistic realm of right versus wrong, but in the intricate dance between good and best. It is in these nuanced decisions that the symphony of our destiny unfolds.
As we ascend the peaks of success, it becomes all too easy to settle into the comfort of goodness. Yet, greatness beckons from the higher summits, obscured by the mist of contentment. Pastor Craig Groeschel’s wisdom echoes through the ages, a clarion call to those who dare to navigate the treacherous path between good and best.
To merely choose between good and bad is to walk a well-trodden path, but to navigate the labyrinthine corridors between good and best is to embrace the relentless pursuit of excellence. It is a call to ascend to higher ground, where the air is rarefied, and the view is both daunting and breathtaking.
Success, though an admirable companion, can also be a seductive siren, luring us into the harbor of complacency. Yet, the true champions of life recognize that the journey from good to best is a perpetual climb, an unending ascent towards the peaks of our highest potential.
In the tapestry of choices, let us not be content with the threads of mere goodness. Instead, let us weave a narrative of relentless pursuit, a saga of ascending to higher ground even when the valleys of success lay at our feet. For in the crucible of these decisions, we discover the transformative power of choosing the best over the good, propelling us towards a destiny that surpasses the ordinary and reaches for the extraordinary!
Hebrews 6:9 New Living Translation says, “…We are CONFIDENT that you are meant for BETTER THINGS, things that come with salvation.” To be CONFIDENT means to be PERSUADED or CONVINCED. YES, GOD is CONVINCED and PERSUADED of BETTER THINGS concerning you that eyes have not seen, ears have not heard, and no mind on earth has conceived, the BETTER THINGS that GOD HAS IN STORE for those that love Him!
This should get you excited, and turbo-charged to wake up and fulfill your dreams and reach your potential. Former Australian Senator, John Maurice Power said, “If you want to make your dreams come true, the first thing you have to do is wake up.” The wake-up call is never to be satisfied with your present level of success, you must continue to move ahead to reach your potential [untapped power] and break up your fallow grounds [see Hosea 10:12] because the best is yet to come! [To be concluded next week].
