HELLO TREASURED FRIENDS and WELCOME into this week`s ATM (A Teaching Moment) Weekly in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. He gave Himself for us so He might pay the price to free us from all evil and to make us pure people who belong only to Him—people who are always wanting to do good deeds. [Titus 2:14 New Century Version].
It was established in last weeks teaching that no nation of the earth is exempted from the famine that is invading nations no matter their economic strength or civilization because GOD HAS SAID: “Heaven and earth shall disappear, but My WORDS STAND SURE FOREVER.” [Mark 13:31; Matthew 24:35; and Luke 21:33]. Gods inspired Word says in Psalm 37:19, “WHEN calamity comes, they will escape with their dignity. WHEN FAMINE INVADES THE NATIONS, THEY WILL BE FED TO THEIR FILL.”
To run into any nation of the earth for refuge and economic security is a display of a lack of knowledge of the Scriptures of Truth. But Jesus said, “Your error is caused by your ignorance of the Scriptures and of God’s power! [Matthew 22:29 Living Bible]. Here is how the Message Bible put the same verse, Jesus answered, “You’re off base on two counts: You don’t know what God said, and you don’t know how God works.” Ignorance of what God said in His Word and how He works will put you at a great disadvantage in the time that we live for it is not good for a person to be without knowledge [see Proverbs 19:2 Amplified Bible] and without knowledge, destruction is imminent! [see Hosea 4:6 and Isaiah 5:13].
We must never be in the dark of what God is saying and doing in our days, we must be like the leaders from the tribe of Issachar mentioned in First Chronicle 12:32 Expanded Bible who knew what Israel should do and the right time to do it: “There were two hundred leaders from Issachar. They knew what Israel should do, and they knew the right time to do it [or understood the times]. Their relatives [kinsmen; brothers] were with them and under their command.” Don`t just pack your luggage and relocate to a different nation because of the present economic situation in the nation where you live without enquiring from God what He wants you to do. We must learn a lesson from Elimelech, the husband of Naomi in the book of Ruth who ended up losing his life and his two sons, leaving his wife Naomi as a poor widow stranded in a strange land! [Ruth 1].
THE COVENANT [YOUR ACTIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH GOD] is your GUARANTEED EXEMPTION from famines invading nations which will distinguish you because THE COVENANT has made a way of escape for you to be FED TO THE FILL EVEN DURING FAMINE [Psalm 37:19 The Voice] and HAVE PLENTY WHEN FOOD is SCARCE.” – Psalm 37:17-19 Contemporary English Version].
How secure and reliable is THE COVENANT? Jeremiah 33:25-26 Amplified Bible said, “Thus says the Lord, ‘If My covenant with day and night does not stand, and if I have not established the fixed patterns of heaven and earth, [the whole order of nature,] then I would [also] reject the descendants of Jacob and David My servant, not taking from his descendants rulers over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But I will restore their fortunes and will have mercy on them.’”
When the world is hurting, there is RESTORATION of FORTUNES that empowers you to THRIVE [FLOURISH DURING FAMINE] because GOD WILL ALWAYS HAVE RESPECT FOR HIS COVENANT! [See Psalm 74:20 and 89:34]. Therefore, fear not, my people; be glad now and rejoice, for He has done amazing things for you. [Joel 2:21 Living Bible].
