The Heart of the Father
In the concluding part of the story from last week`s teaching, we see a profound truth: By picking what the Father wanted him to pick, the son ended up inheriting all. So it is with our Heavenly Father, who lovingly calls us to seek His Kingdom and live a life that pleases Him. When we obey, He generously provides everything we need—health, favor, opportunities, and breakthroughs.
Seeking the Kingdom First
To “seek the Kingdom of God above all else” means we:
1. Care about lost souls—praying, sharing the gospel, and leading people to Christ.
2. Live righteously—choosing to honor God in our daily conduct and decisions.
3. Make His priorities our own—investing time, resources, and energy in what matters to Him.
The Call to Higher Grounds
Throughout this month, we’ve heard over and over that God’s plan for us is HIGHER GROUNDS VIA SUPERNATURAL ADVANCEMENT. This is not merely a clever phrase—it’s a divine invitation to partner with Heaven in KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT. God wants to show Himself mighty in your life—spiritually, physically, and materially—so you can effectively represent Him on earth.
Your Invitation to Commit
Are you willing to surrender your desires and ambitions at His feet? Are you ready to choose God’s Kingdom, like the son chose the servant, and reap the Father’s entire estate of blessings? The day of the decision is here. Embrace God’s call to higher grounds by saying yes to His will. “You must do this, because you know that the time has come for you to wake up from your sleep. For the moment when we will be saved is closer now than it was when we first believed.” (Romans 13:11 GNT).
Your Next Step
• Pray: Ask the Lord to show you how to invest your life in His Kingdom.
• Act: Seek opportunities to reach out, serve, and shine His light.
• Trust: Believe in His promises that as you put Him first, every need will be supplied.
