I remember a moment in my own life when I felt cornered. We had outgrown our apartment, but with no credit history, no one would rent to us in the US. I almost gave up… Until a gospel lyric pierced my heart like thunder: “YOU DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT TO GIVE UP!”
That wasn’t just a lyric. It was a lifeline from heaven.
The Scriptures That Shifted Everything
Prompted by the Spirit, I searched every verse in the Holy Bible ending with: “All things are possible.”
I found:
Mark 9:23 – Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
Mark 10:27 – “And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”
Matthew 19:26 – “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.”
The Best Wasn’t Behind Us—It Was Ahead!
That apartment wasn’t just a place—it was a season of ever-increasing glory. What seemed like a closed door was actually God’s hidden upgrade. My faith became fortified by those Scriptures I found and supernaturally God made a way for us and led us to an apartment where the white owner said he doesn’t care about any credit history, all he was looking for are good Christians who can be entrusted with the apartment and we surely qualified and moved in where we experience EVER-INCREASING GLORY including almost 4 years of living in the same apartment rent free, our God is an awesome God!
